The Mothership Vessel, as the Hampton Coliseum in Virginia was affectionately dubbed by concertgoers, uses blended color bands to embody the spirit of the venue where the Grateful Dead played their infamous secret show billed as “The Warlocks”, as well as many other legendary acts like Phish, The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd. Featuring a molded exterior to mimic the coliseum's signature facade, the Mothership vessel is handblown with cut and polished edges to compliment the geometric design. An extra layer of glass is added to the core bubble to create a heavier optic quality the magnifies the color.
